Media Center
Overview
In the Media Center, you will find documents, videos, and other resources to download.
Note: Accounts with an "On Hold" status will not have access to the Media Center.
Downloading files from the Media Center
1. In the CGM PORTAL, go to the MEDIA CENTER menu.
2. On the left side, you will find the Product(s) as categories.
3. Click on a Product name to open the download directory for this product. A number behind the sub-menu indicates if documents and/or updates for this product are available for download.
4. Click on View Details to display further details about the file before downloading it, such as the long description, the update version, and the file size.
Click on Download to directly download the file. Depending on the file size, the download might take several minutes.
If the file is hosted on an external system, a new browser tab opens. You can then download the file or resource directly from the external system.
In case a video is available for the category, the video is shown with its YouTube thumbnail. You can play the video directly in the portal – no download is needed.
