License Manager Install

  1. Sign in to Windows as a local administrator (or an account with admin rights).
  2. Disable antivirus software temporarily.
  3. Uninstall the eMDs Solution Series application from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and Features).Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\e-MDs\Solution Series
  4. Rename the Apps folder to OLDApps (or delete it, if appropriate).
  5. Run the 10.x Service Pack Applications Installer and install the Solution Series Application using the Custom installation option.
  6. Step 6 applies to the SQL Server only:On the Custom install screen (SQL Server only), add a check mark next to License Manager to install it.
  7. After installation, apply any necessary Service Packs.
  8. Re-enable antivirus software.
