Import a Document into Solution Series (Docman)

1. Open the patient’s Chart.
2. Open Docman from within the chart.
3. Select the appropriate Category for the document.
4. Click the Import Document button.
5. Navigate to the folder where the file is stored.
6. Select the desired file.
7. Click the Upload button.
8. On the upload screen, select Bulk Scan, then press Enter (or confirm as needed).
9. The file will be uploaded and attached to the patient’s chart in Docman.
