DevOps_228622 - Social History pregnancy section join creates large file and extra EDD statuses.sql

PURPOSE: To provide customers with a script to fix a bad join in the CCDA pregnancy section.

PROBLEM:
  Pregnancy section in the Social History of the CCDA has a bad join. Clinics using the OB module and EDD documentation included will see larger CCDA files and extra EDD statuses on the human readable of the CCDA.

SCRIPT DESCRIPTION:
  This script corrects the join for the pregnancy section of the Social History in the CCDA.

COMPATIBLE VERSIONS:
  CGM eMDs 10.1.3201

CAN SCRIPT BE RUN WITH USERS LOGGED INTO CGM eMDs?:
  Yes.
