Contratti

Overview

Users with a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) role in the portal can display the contracts they have.

In the MYORG menu on tab "Contracts", you can see

  • all contracts you have as a Sales and Service Partner (SSP; Value-Added Resellers (VAR)) grouped
  • all contracts grouped depending on the Ship-To Party where the you, the SSP, are the Sold-To Party and one of your customers is the Ship-To Party

Access 

In the CGM PORTAL, go to menu "MYORG" and click on tab "Contracts".

Here, you can see

  • status of the contract (active or not)
  • customer account of the contract
  • account status
  • contract start/end date
  • contract amount

Searching for contracts 

Click on the "Search" button to search for a specific contract.

To search for a contract, enter the account name into the search field, and either press the Enter key or click the "Search" button.

Adjusting the number of contracts per page 

Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.

  • 10 entries per page
  • 25 entries per page
  • 50 entries per page

Displaying contract details

To display the details of a contract listed in the MYORG menu on tab Contracts, click on the "Details" button.

This way, the system will navigate into the Accounts menu and display the Contract details.

Within a contract listed on the Contracts tab in the Accounts menu, you can see the following contract details:

  • contract status (active or not)
  • contract ID
  • product that is part of the contract
  • quantity
  • contract start/end date
  • status (released or not)
  • settlement period
  • autopay status (autopay enabled or not)
  • total monthly contract amount

Displaying only active contracts

If the list of contract items is too long and includes also inactive contract items, you can filter the list for activate contract items to keep things in perspective.

For this, activate the checkbox "Active Only".

Exporting contracts

You can export all available contract items for a certain account to a local .xlsx file.

To do so, navigate into the Accounts menu > [AccountName] > Contracts tab > button "Export Contracts".
