Release Notes September 2026

MYORG

Enhanced Contact Management

Managing contacts in MYORG is now easier and more efficient.

You can now:

  • Sort contacts by First Name or Last Name
  • Filter contacts by Role based on your user permissions

In addition, the default View has been changed from Grid View to List View, making contact information easier to browse and review.

Refined Promote to Admin Feature

Previously, the Promote To Admin feature was available only when no administrator-level user existed within an organization. However, the system also considered certain roles, such as Support Manager, as administrator roles. As a result, the Promote To Admin button was not always displayed, even when no Super Admin was assigned to the organization.

The eligibility check has now been refined and considers only designated Super Admin roles when determining whether an organization has administrative coverage. As a result, users can request promotion to a Super Admin role whenever no Super Admin is assigned to their organization, helping ensure that each organization has at least one Super Admin available to manage Portal administration tasks.

SUPPORT

Simplified Account Selection During Case Creation

Creating a case in the CGM PORTAL is now easier and more intuitive.

If you have access to only one account, that account is automatically selected. The My Account checkbox is no longer displayed, and the Account field is read-only.

If you have access to multiple accounts, your currently active account is selected by default. You can still choose a different account from the dropdown list when creating a case.

This helps streamline the case creation process while ensuring the correct account is selected.

Improved Guidance During Case Creation

Creating a Support Case in the Case Creation form is now more intuitive when selecting an account.

Previously, when your (selected) account had no assigned product, you did not receive a clear explanation as to why no further product selection was possible.

Now, a clear information message is displayed in this situation. This helps you understand the issue and prevents confusion during case creation.

In addition, category selection remains unavailable until a valid product is assigned to your account.

Email Notifications for New Cases

Stay informed about newly created cases with automatic email notifications.

You will now receive an email notification when:

  • You create a new case in the CGM PORTAL
  • A case created in another system is assigned to you as the reporter

The notification includes key case information and helps you keep track of required follow-up actions.

You can also reply directly to the notification email. Your reply is automatically added as a comment to the corresponding case in the CGM PORTAL.

Improved Case Filters

Finding and managing your cases is now easier with several improvements to the filtering experience in the SUPPORT menu.

You can now:

  • Save new filter selections directly after collapsing the filter area

  • See the name of the active saved filter

  • Use the new predefined My Cases filter for quick access to cases you created

Note: The new My Cases filter replaces the Support Cases tab in My Profile, which has been removed.

Seamless Chatbot Access

Accessing the support chatbot is now faster and more seamless.

You can now open and use the chatbot without an additional login step, providing a smoother experience and eliminating the brief reload that could previously occur during login.

BUG FIXES

Support

Improved Display of Images in Case Comments

We have resolved an issue affecting images included in email replies. Previously, images pasted into an email reply were displayed as attachments in the corresponding case comment instead of appearing in their original position within the comment text.
Now, images included in email replies are displayed in their original position within the comment text, preserving the original layout and improving the readability of case conversations.
