Overview 

In the Subscription Settings, you can subscribe to specific products to receive email notifications.

Access  

The Subscription Settings can be accessed via the drop-down menu of your profile > option Settings > tab Subscription Settings.

Possible Settings 

News Subscriptions 

If you activate the subscription for a specific product in this section, and a News article matches your language, target audience, and product, you will receive an automated email notification when there are News updates related to those products.

You can click on the link in the email to navigate directly to the News article.

Note: If the article is marked as Important, the email will be sent irrespective of the your subscription settings.

 

Idea Space Subscriptions

In this section, you can activate a subscription to follow specific Idea Space categories. 

All idea category subscriptions are OFF by default.

Once you are subscribed to one or more IDEA SPACE categories, you will receive in-app and email notifications whenever a new idea is created in those categories by another user.

 

You can activate (subscribe to) or deactivate (unsubscribe from) the notifications for each individual product.
