Cancelling or Deleting a Quote
It is possible to cancel or delete a quote. The available action depends on the Documentation Process used (DocuSign or Offline).
For the respective action, a designated button is available in the Quote details:

| Cancel Quote |
Available if the Quote was sent via DocuSign process (“Send Email with Documents”) and Quote status is “Waiting for customer signature”. If the Quote is cancelled, the status of the Quote is changed to “Cancelled”.

| Delete Quote |
Available if the Quote was sent via Offline process and you have not uploaded a signed document yet. The button is hidden as soon as a signed document has been uploaded. If the Quote is deleted, the status of the Quote is changed to “Archived”.
