Overview

The order for New PP Customers creates a Mixed Quote for customers of Promotion Partners (PP).

The New PP Customer order type can be used to create a new customer account for the PP customer followed by placing an order for this new customer.

 

Creating an Order for New Promo Partner Customers

1. Navigate to the Orders menu.

2. At the top on the right side, click the Create New Order button. This will start the ordering process for mixed quotes.

3. Select New Customer.

 

4. In the Customer's Account step, maintain the data of the new customer. This part consists of three steps:

• entering the company data
• entering the company address
• entering the contact person data

 

5. After entering all customer details, you can preview the data before ordering the products and adjust the data via the Edit buttons, if necessary.

The ordering process itself, either for offline quotes or for DocuSign quotes, is similar to the process described in chapter >> Mixed Quote.

 

6. Once the order has been placed,

• the order is created and available in the Orders menu.
• the account is created with the customer account data.
• the contact is created related to the customer account.
