Working with Leads list
Overview
The Leads functionality is available for partners only. Here, you can view the details for a Lead which you have created or which has been assigned to you.
The Leads tab is also available in the
- Accounts menu → Account Details
- My Profile (displayed for VAR Admin and Super Admin roles)
Once a Lead is received, you will be notified by email and/or in-portal notification, depending on your notification settings.
You can either accept or decline a Lead.
Once you accept a Lead, the Quote relation is shown on the Lead Details page.

Searching for a Lead
1. To search for a Lead, expand the search area by clicking on the "Search" button.
2. Enter the search term that should be used to search for the respective Lead (e.g., customer ID, customer name, or Lead ID).
3. Press the "Enter" key.

Adjusting the number of entries per page
Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.
- 5 entries per page
- 10 entries per page
- 25 entries per page
- 50 entries per page

Sorting Leads
Click on the "Sort By" button and select to either display the entries in ascending or descending order of the Creation Date.

Filtering Leads
Click on the "Filters" button to filter the list of entries by
- Status
- Open
- Qualified
- Accepted
- Lost
- Error/Invalid
- Created By
The filter will only show users who have already created a Lead.
