CGM eMDs 10.x Downloads - Application Software

Weekend On-Call Support for Critical Upgrade Issues 

Our goal is to provide assurance that technical resources are available in the event a critical problem occurs during an installation or upgrade process.  A critical problem would be defined as either the failure of an upgrade to complete successfully or any unexpected post-installation issue that leaves the system in an unusable state.

This on-call support team will not be providing training or addressing questions specific to software workflow.  We encourage customers to contact Support during our normal hours to review the upgrade process and to review all training sessions and resources available prior to starting the upgrade.

Critical on-call support is available during the following hours:

Friday - 7PM to Midnight (CST)
Saturday, Sunday, and Published Holidays - 7AM to 7PM (CST)

If you need critical after hours assistance, please call 803-599-6246 and choose option 2 and option 2 for eMDs/Solution Series support and option 1 to route to our after hours resources.

Important:  LOINC_Update_2026-04-01 needs to be installed to enable full functionality of the software.


DO NOT APPLY THE 10.X SERVICE PACK TO A TEST SYSTEM.

The zip file above contains the executable files, Installation Guide and Release Notes to update your CGM eMDs 10.X applications and database to the latest 10.X Service Pack.

  • Apply latest Service Pack above.
  • Apply latest Crystal Report Update (See Below)
  • Apply Latest Content Updates

Interface Engine

This file is only available if an Interface has been purchased. Installation, Upgrade and User Guides are included in the file below.

Fax Server

The Fax Server installer can be downloaded through the link below. It is important to uninstall previous versions of eMDs Fax Server before updating to a new version.

Direct Messaging

It is important to uninstall previous versions of Direct Messaging prior to installing the new version. Installation Instructions are included in the file below.

Crystal Report Update 

Crystal Report updates are cumulative and each one contains all previously released Crystal Reports. Clinics who are current on their maintenance fees can run this update on any supported version of CGM eMDs. Only reports appropriate for your version of CGM eMDs will be installed. Be sure to install the latest service pack before installing this update.
