DevOps_229871 - Prescribing creates a duplicate key violation due to structured sig.sql

PURPOSE:  To provide customers with a script to fix writing prescriptions while using the same sig text for different prescriptions causes an error and medications not to save.

PROBLEM:
  With the CGM eMDs 10.1.3202 service pack, users writing prescriptions and using the same sig text for different prescriptions get an error 
  after sending and medication doesn't save to Current Medications.

SCRIPT DESCRIPTION:
  Prescriptions sig text will be parsed out accurately and saved to Current Medications. 

COMPATIBLE VERSIONS:
  CGM eMDs 10.1.3202

CAN SCRIPT BE RUN WITH USERS LOGGED INTO CGM eMDs?:
  Yes.

INTENDED RECIPIENTS:
  CGM eMDs Support Team and CGM Customer Portal.
