Withdrawing a case
If you ever want to cancel a case because the issue no longer occurs, you can withdraw the case yourself. The prerequisite is that the case is still in the Open status.
To do so, you will see a Withdraw button in the top right corner of the case details page, next to the Export button.
To cancel a case:
- In the SUPPORT menu, search for the case in status Open.
- Open the case details page.
- Click Withdraw.
- A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the withdrawal of the case.
- After you confirm:
- The system updates the case status to Cancelled by Customer.
- You will no longer be able to add comments to the case.
