Marketing Preferences

Overview

In the Marketing Preferences, you can maintain which permissions should be granted for which organization (in case of a multi-organizational structure) and which channel.

Access 

The Marketing Preferences can be accessed via the drop-down menu of your profile > option Settings > tab Marketing Preferences.

Possible Settings

You can subscribe to/ unsubscribe from newsletters, surveys, etc.

The displayed areas depend on the CGM organization(s) your customer account is assigned to.
