Working with Favorites list
Overview
You as our partner can use the Favorites functionality to save quotes or orders during creation as Favorites without associating them with a specific customer account. This is done in the Checkout step.
The Favorite tab lists your quotes and orders which you have saved during creation to be used as a favorite template for further quotes and orders.
Searching for a Favorite
1. To search for a Favorite, enter the title of your Favorite (or a part of it) as the search term into the Search field and press Enter.
Adjusting the number entries per page
Click View to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.
- 5 entries per page
- 10 entries per page
- 25 entries per page
- 50 entries per page
Sorting the entries
Click Sort By and select to either display the entries
- in ascending or descending order of the Creation Date
- in alphabetically or non-alphabetical order of the Favorite name
Displaying Favorite Details
To display the details of a specific Favorite, click Details.
The system will display the following details:
- Type
- Creation Date
- Description
- Products
- Price
- Savings (if applicable)
Activating Favorites
To use a Favorite, it needs to be activated.
Favorites can be activated directly from their Details Page by clicking Activate.
If you already have products in your Shopping Cart when activating a Favorite, a popup will ask you if you want to delete your cart and activate this favorited selection (Favorite) instead.
After clicking Activate, you will have to select the customer account for which you want to create the quote or order.
The system will direct you to the Order Wizard, with the preconfigured products and quantities from your saved Favorite added to your Shopping Cart. Here, you can proceed with the ordering process.
