Working with Quotes list (MYORG)
Overview
The Quotes tab displays all your quotes related to your customer account.
Possible Quote types can be
- Quotes from our Sales Representative
- Renewal Quotes in case your existing contract expires
Searching for a Quote
1. Navigate to the "MYORG" menu via the left main navigation.
2. On tab Quotes, enter a search term into the search field. Then press the "Enter" key.
Adjusting the number entries per page
Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.
- 10 entries per page
- 25 entries per page
- 50 entries per page
Sorting the Quote list
Click on the "Sort By" button and select to display the entries in either
- ascending or descending order of the Creation Date
- ascending or descending order of the Price
Filtering the Quote list
Click on the "Filters" button to filter the list of entries
- by Status
- by Contact Person
Once selected, click on button "Apply".
If you want to reset the applied filters, click on button "Clear All".
