MYORG menu

Overview

The "MYORG" menu displays the details of the organization you are assigned to.

Header

At the top (header), your organization data is displayed. In addition, the system will display details of the associated Sales Employee and, if available, a button to directly book an appointment with the sales employee at the top. See section "Sales Representative Details" below.

  • For Admin users, this section is collapsible (via button Hide Details) and is collapsed by default. It can be expanded as needed by clicking the Show Details button.
  • For non-Admin users (and IT Partners or Promo Partners), the organizational data is always expanded and cannot be collapsed.

Highlighted Actions and Charts 

This section is displayed below your organizsational data and shows important metrics.

This section is only visible for the following roles:

  • Customer Super Admins
  • Customer Admins
  • VAR Super Admins
  • VAR Admins

Other user roles (such as IT Partner roles, Promo Partner roles, and all remaining partner and Customer roles) will not have access to the charts.

Widget Description

Highlighted Actions

This widget shows an overview of the most urgent actions based on your role.

If you are an Admin user, it offers you an entry point for your most important to-dos regarding your organization. 

Customer Actions

  • # Unpaid invoices
  • # Pending contact requests
  • # Cases pending your input
  • # Appointment requests

VAR Actions

  • # Unpaid invoices
  • # Open Leads
  • # Cases pending your input
  • # Quotes pending

When clicking on any of the elements in the charts, the system navigates to the respective tab or menu and filters the results based on the requested criteria.

Open Cases

This widget considers all case statuses, except for:

  • Completed
  • Cancelled by Customer

It display the cases by Priority (Immediate, Urgent, Normal, Low) including the number of cases in each priority.

Note: If there aren’t any cases in one of the listed priorities, the respective priority is not shown. 

When clicking on any of the elements in the charts, the system navigates to the Case List page and filters the results based on the requested criteria.

Invoices

This widget considers all invoices of the user’s organization and displays them by status (Paid, Not paid, Cancelled).

When clicking on any of the elements in the charts, the system navigates to the Invoices tab and filters the results based on the requested criteria.

Orders

This widget considers all orders of your organization and displays them by status (Placed, Released, Scheduled, Installed, Delivered, Invoice created, Invoice paid, Rejected).

Note: The system shows all statuses that are relevant for your specific role. For example, Scheduled and Installed are VAR-specific statuses and will only be displayed for VAR Admin roles. In addition, if for a status value no order is available, the status value is not shown.

When clicking on any of the elements in the charts, the system navigates to the Orders list (or to the Order History tab, based on your role) and filters the results based on the requested criteria.

 

Tabs

At the bottom, several tabs are available. 

For most of the users, these tabs are organized into context groups. The exact tabs shown depend on your roleaccess rights, and the CGM company you are assigned to. If a section has no tabs available, that section is not shown at all.

For VAR users, the tabs are not organized into context groups. They are directly visible.

Tab

Description

Contacts

Displays all contacts belonging to the user's organization (main contact etc.)

For more information, see article Contacts.

Contact Requests

Visible for the Customer Admin role. Displays open user registration requests of contacts. 

The Super Admin user of the customer account needs to check and either approve or decline them.

Invoices

Visible for the Customer Admin role. Displays open/completed invoices.

For more information, see article Invoices.

 

 

Sales Representative Details

If maintained, the system will display details of the associated Sales Employee at the top.

Depending on the availability, you will also be able to directly book an appointment with the respective sales employee via the Book Meeting button.

Clicking the Book Meeting button will redirect you to the Booking page of the sales employee. Here, you can choose a time slot and confirm the appointment.
