Displaying your profile

Overview

In the CGM PORTAL, you can navigate into your profile to display or change profile-related information.

Access

1. At the top on the right side, click on the arrow button to open the profile drop-down menu.

2. Click on option "My Profile".

Tabs

The screen provides the following tabs:

  • Personal & Organization Details: This tab displays your personal and organizational details. For more information, see article "Personal and Organization Details".
  • Support Cases: This tab lists all support cases that have been created by you. For more information, see article "Support Cases - Case List in Profile".
  • Settings: This tab enables you to select your preferred portal language, your notification settings, your marketing preferences, or, in case of a multi-organization structure, your preferred organization. For more information, see article "Settings".
