Overview

The "Contact Requests" tab displays open User Requests which need to be approved or declined by the customer's Super Admin user.

Searching for a Contact Request

If there are many Contact Requests displayed, you can search for a certain Contact Request using the search field and entering the name or contact ID.

Adjusting the Contact Requests list layout

Click on the "Show As" button to toggle the display the Contact Requests as

  • List
  • Grid

Adjusting the number of Contact Requests per page

Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.

  • 12 entries per page

  • 24 entries per page

  • 48 entries per page

Approving/Declining a Contact Request

Users with an Admin role for the respective account can receive Contact Requests of other contacts/employees of their organization. You as the Admin user need to verify and either approve or decline them.

Only if the Contact Request has been approved, the contact can use the CGM PORTAL.

1. In the CGM PORTAL, go to menu "MYORG" → tab "Contact Requests". Here, you will see all open Contact Requests.

2. Verify the contacts.

If you Approve a Contact Request:

  • You have to maintain the respective role for this user on the next screen.
  • The user receives an e-mail to complete the registration (to define a password, accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) etc.).
  • The Contact Request is changed to an actual Contact in the CGM PORTAL and will be available on tab "Contacts".
  • The user can log on to the CGM PORTAL and use it.

If you Decline a Contact Request:

  • The user will not have access to the CGM PORTAL.
