Overview

You can receive quotes from our Sales Representatives or renewal quotes (to renew an existing limited contract) in the CGM PORTAL for review and acceptance.

Once a quote is available for you, you will be notified via email or a notification in the CGM PORTAL. The notification about the new quote is also available in the Inbox.

The Quote itself is available in the "MYORG" menu on tab "Quotes".

You can check the Quote Details and either accept or decline the quote.

 

Reviewing Quote Details

Once you have been notified about a new quote in the CGM PORTAL, navigate into the Quote to check its details:

  • From within the Inbox: Click on the "View Details" button.
  • Via the "MYORG" menu: Click on the "Quotes" tab, search for the new quote, and click on the "Details" button.

Renewal Quotes (for renewing an existing limited contract) are marked with the "Quote Renew" indicator:

On the quote details page, review all available information.

If the quote includes the quote document, the PDF document will be available in section "Attachments":

At the top on the right side of the Quote details page, you can either Accept or Decline the quote using the respective buttons.

 

If you accept the quote, a pop-up is displayed to read and accept CGM's Terms and Conditions.

If payment is involved, the system will display the Payment Summary in the next step. Depending on the product, you can check and adjust your preferred Payment Frequency (e.g. yearly vs. monthly).

If you click on "Continue to Payment", you will be directed to the Payment Provider (Novalnet) to pay the required amount and to complete the order.

Once you have paid the required amount, the Quote status will be set to "Accepted" and the order will be placed in our system. 

 

Provided that the quote includes a service product that is relevant for Appointment Booking, you will receive an Appointment Booking Request to book your preferred timeslot for an Appointment.

 

If you decline the quote, a pop-up will be displayed in which you have to enter a reason for rejection.

Once declined, the Quote status will be set to "Declined".

In case of Renewal Quotes:

If you do not accept the Renewal Quote within a certain timeframe, you will receive reminder emails until your existing contract expires. If your Renewal Quote expires without acceptance, your existing contract will be terminated.
