Working with Products list

Searching for a Product

1. To search for a product, enter a search term into the search field. 

2. Then press the "Enter" key.

Note:

• The system will search in the "Product Name / Summary" column only.
• The search is not case-sensitive. I.e. upper- or lower-case is irrelevant.
• The search executes a fuzzy search. I.e. if you enter "consulting", the search will even list products that contain the term "consult" only.

Adjusting the number of entries per page

Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.

• 5 entries per page
• 10 entries per page
• 25 entries per page
• 50 entries per page

Sorting the product list

Click on the "Sort By" button and select one of the available sorting options:

• sort by Relevance
• sort by Name (A-Z) - in alphabetical order
• sort by Name (Z-A) - in non-alphabetical order
• sort by Price Low to High
• sort by Price High to Low

Filtering the product list

Click on the "Filters" button to filter the list of entries by the following filter options.

• Product Family
• Sales Type
  • Retail
  • Wholesale
• License
  • Recurring
  • One-time
• Asset
  • Allocatable
  • Non-allocatable

Once selected, click on button "Apply Filters".

To reset the selected filter options, click on button "Clear All".
