Download Center
Overview
In the Download Center, partners can upload files for you, our customer, to download, such as product updates and documents.
Note: Accounts with an "On Hold" status will not have access to the Download Center.
Downloading files from the Download Center
1. In the CGM PORTAL, go to the DOWNLOAD CENTER menu.
2. On the left side, you will find the Product(s) as categories.
3. Click on a Product name to open the download directory for this product. A number behind the sub-menu indicates if documents and/or updates for this product are available for download.
4. Click on Details to display further details about the file before downloading it, such as the long description, the update version, and the file size.
Click on Download to directly download the file. Depending on the file size, the download might take several minutes.
