Account details

Overview

In the Accounts details, you see the business information of the customer account at the top. 

Here, if a change of the business information is necessary, you can request a data change. This functionality is similar to the Data Change Request in the MYORG menu for your own account. See article Data Change Request.

Contacts

On the Contacts tab of the Account, you can see the individual contact persons of the respective customer account. 

If you click on a contact, you can display the contact details on the "Contact Profile" tab, and, if necessary, adjust the business information for this contact.

On the "Support Cases" tab of the contact details, you can display all Support Cases that have been created for this contact.

Support Cases

On the Support Cases tab of the Account, you can display all Support Cases that have been created for this account, including main details.

You can navigate into a Support Case and display further details by clicking the "Details" button.

Furthermore, the following options are available

  1. searching for a Support Case by Case ID or Subject
  2. creating a new case
  3. defining the number of entries per page
  4. sorting the Support Cases list by creation or modified date
  5. defining the columns that should be displayed in the list
  6. filtering the list

Contracts

On the Contracts tab of the Account, you can see the individual items of all contracts where the customer is the Ship-To Party.

Contract details

Within a contract listed on the Contracts tab in the Accounts menu, you can see the following contract details:

  • contract status (active or not)
  • contract ID
  • product that is part of the contract
  • quantity
  • contract start/end date
  • status (released or not)
  • settlement period
  • autopay status (autopay enabled or not)
  • total monthly contract amount

Displaying only active contracts

If the list of contract items is too long and includes also inactive contract items, you can filter the list for activate contract items to keep things in perspective.

For this, activate the checkbox "Active Only".

Exporting contracts

You can export all available contract items for a certain account to a local .xlsx file.

To do so, navigate into the Accounts menu > [AccountName] > Contracts tab > button "Export Contracts".
